Buildings will be demolished on these streets of Baku - 38 million manats allocated

Houses for half a million manats are being put up for sale in Azerbaijan.

Thus, the price of an apartment with a total area of 83.55 square meters located on Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Sabail District, Baku City, has been set at 585,000 manats. The apartment has been put up for re-auction today at 12:00.

The price of an apartment with a total area of 218.84 square meters located on Bulbul Avenue, Nasimi District, Baku City, has been set at 500,000 manats. The apartment will be put up for auction on February 27, 2025 at 11:00.

Both apartments are on the balance sheet of the "Aqrarkredit" Closed Joint-Stock Company, a non-bank credit organization.
