Buildings will be demolished on these streets of Baku - 38 million manats allocated

In order to build a new park in the Yasamal district of Baku, environmental improvement and demolition of old buildings will be launched.

This project, planned as a continuation of the Central Park, will cover S. Taghizadeh, A. Shaig and N. Ashurbeyova streets.

A tender competition has been announced for the implementation of the project. The total budget in the competition presented by Baku City Capital Construction and Repair LLC is 38 million manat. The tender document states that brick residential buildings in the area will be demolished, construction waste will be transported from the area using special equipment, and earthworks will be carried out.

In addition, the project includes the softening of rocky soils, preparation of soil, and creation of necessary conditions for the construction of the park. These works are of great importance for the foundation of the new park.

It should be noted that the works specified in the tender document are planned to be completed by the end of 2024. After the project is completed, another recreation area will be created for the capital's residents and guests.

The new park is expected to have a positive impact on the city's ecological environment and the social life of residents. Additional information regarding the project's implementation process will be announced in the coming days.
