In this regard, the movement of vehicles in the said area has been completely restricted. Demolition work has also been started by paying compensation in the amount stipulated by the legislation to the owners of residential and non-residential areas already under construction. Assessment of other obstacles (residential, non-residential and land areas) under construction along the newly constructed road has been carried out and documents have been prepared and submitted for compensation payment as appropriate. In addition, since the vocational school where 20 former IDP families settled was also under the construction of the road, an appeal has been made to the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs to assist in their relocation to another place as soon as possible. During the implementation of a new infrastructure project of national importance, monitoring is carried out in conjunction with the relevant bodies of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to minimize the impact on the environment and greenery, and the current situation is assessed. As a result of the activities carried out jointly with experts, a plan-program is being developed to minimize damage to greenery, relocate greenery to appropriate areas, pay for the restoration cost of damage to nature, and establish a larger number of new green belts than the previous volume.
