Anar Guliyev: "Green" construction road map is being prepared"

We are cooperating with the Azerbaijan International Finance Corporation in the direction of preparing the Green Construction Roadmap.

Chairman of the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee Anar Guliyev said this during his speech at the meeting of ministers on "Green construction, energy efficiency in buildings and climate sustainability in cities" within COP29.

This roadmap represents a critical step in integrating sustainability into our urban development processes:

 

"The roadmap will identify practical, actionable strategies for the adoption of green building standards, energy-efficient building practices, and the use of environmentally responsible building materials. Additionally, the roadmap will help both public and private sector stakeholders align Azerbaijan's urban construction efforts with global sustainability goals. will give instructions to reconcile," A. Guliyev added.
