A new draft law "On the management and privatization of state property" has been prepared

Within the framework of the privatization of 47 enterprises and objects, 21 enterprises and objects have already been privatized, and measures are being continued to privatize the remaining enterprises and objects and attract investors.

Minister of Economy Samad Bashirli said this during the discussion of the bill "On the 2025 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan" at today's meeting of the Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Committee of the Milli Majlis.

The deputy minister noted that a new draft law "On the management and privatization of state property" was prepared and submitted to the relevant state institutions for approval.
