State registration of real estate in Azerbaijan decreased by 25%

In January-October of this year, 306,456 real estate ownership rights were registered in Azerbaijan.

Of the 10-month indicator, 51,502 (16.8%) were initial registrations, and 254,954 (83.2%) were re-registrations.

51,582 of the properties whose ownership rights were registered are private residences and summer houses, 70,691 are apartments, 173,315 are land plots, 2,855 are non-residential buildings, 7,277 are non-residential plots, and 688 are properties. complex, and 48 are multi-storey residential buildings. 81,250 of the state-registered real estates fell to Baku, and the rest to the regions.

During the reporting period, a technical inventory of 231,384 immovable properties was carried out and a technical passport was drawn up. This is 28.85% less than the same period last year.

The number of mortgage contracts registered in the last 1 year decreased by 7.6% to 62,671.
