Drawing up an architectural-planning project
Managing projects, portfolios and programs may seem simple from the outside. However, the efficient execution of small, medium and large jobs, that is, in the interests of the company, can increase profitability and, accordingly, profits many times over. This will also have a positive impact on the company's reputation in the market in terms of future tenders and projects. On the contrary, if the company’s interest is not secured and there is no mechanism for monitoring the fulfillment of this interest, different interests will arise in the team, which will be accompanied by losses in all areas of activity.
In certain cases, the client and contractor may increase the work of one department and keep another in the shadow during the implementation of the project without realizing it. This leads to a loss of balance between employees and jobs. As a result, the project becomes difficult to succeed or even fail. Towards the end of the project, the company's focus wanes, it moves on to other projects, and sometimes months or years go by without the project being delivered. As a result, the profit gained is also lost due to expenses for monthly fixed expenses (indirect expenses). Companies managing more than one project often face such problems.

Thus, it is essential that departments, teams and employees work both separately and as a unit within the company, and this is one of the most important factors for project sustainability. It should be noted that the above problems also delay timely completion of work, reduce quality and, as a result, increase costs.
