He was born in 1979 in Baku. He has a total of 16 years of experience in real estate matters. In 2011, he founded the appraisal company "Real Estate Expert Service". Currently, the company operates under the name "Caspian Valuation", which he heads.
Professional activity includes expertise in movable and real estate market evaluation, construction-technical and commodity studies.
