Safarov Namig Mahammad oghlu was born in 1981 in Baku. In 1999-2003, he studied General Economics, Finance and Credit at Baku Business University. He worked for 14 years in the positions of Appraisal Specialist at "Rec Invest" Appraisal Company, Microcrediting Specialist at "Parabank" OJSC, Leading Specialist of Pledge Management and Evaluation at "AccessBank" GCS. He was awarded a "Certificate" by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan for successfully completing the "Banking" course. Having successfully completed the specialization exam in the field of evaluation of real estate types of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers, he was awarded the "Certificate".
