Mastaliyev Vusal was born on 02.09.1985 in the city of Sumgait. In 2003-2007, he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of BSU. He worked in SOCAR in 2010-2014. In 2014-2017, he worked as an evaluator-expert in the Public Union of Real Estate Market Participants. He worked as a director at AID CONSULTING LLC in 2017-2024. From May 2024, he continues to work as a valuation expert at Caspi Valuation LLC.
