"Fitch" international rating agency once again confirmed the long-term credit rating of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund in foreign and local currency at the level of "BBB-", equal to the country's rating, and the rating forecast is "Stable".
"This rating is related to the fact that there are strong relations between the Fund and the state, providing the population with housing under favorable conditions, and it is of strategic importance in the development of the business environment by facilitating the financing of small and medium-sized businesses," the information said.
"Fitch" has been evaluating the Fund's activity since 2009 and announcing its independent credit rating.
